We Can Do this Together!

This idea for this Awareness Campaign came about with parents sharing their experiences of isolation during our Wednesday Conversation Café. Our family members living with disabilities are experts when it comes to social distancing and feeling isolated; they have lived it in various ways throughout their lives.
Therefore, our families can share strategies with others who are experiencing the results of Covid19 and being challenged with social and physical distancing.
We will continue to bring forward the positive messages on how we can do this, how we can do it together, and we hope you can share them to help us bring awareness! And a huge thanks to MNK Photography for helping us put a personal touch to the stories!

Do you have a love of cycling, are you a huge fan of the Oilers, does a specific pattern represent your ancestry?

Or did someone special make you a mask that has significance?

We want to showcase how we are in it together by creating a poster of masked Gateway peeps – please send your photo in my August 15th!
