You can become a member of the PTA through our directory website, Membership Toolkit.
Why Join the PTA? The PTA plays an important role in fundraising to provide building improvements, curriculum-based programs, field trips, and social events. Additionally, increased school PTA membership gives our students and our school representation at both the local and state levels. Be a role model and become as involved as you want to be! All those who purchase a 2020-2021 PTA membership will receive an exclusive 2020-2021 car magnet.

Update Your Information for the 2020-2021 Student Directory
To collect student information for our directory, we use Membership Toolkit. https://eriverselementarypta.membershiptoolkit.com/
Why is Membership Toolkit important? Having each student's current, up-to-date contact information will help us stay connected, especially since we are currently virtual. Membership Toolkit also has an app to give you convenient access to the contact information from your mobile device.
Returning families: Please use the same email address you used last year on Membership Toolkit. This will allow you to see the directory information you previously entered and you can quickly edit, select privacy settings to be published in the directory, and purchase a PTA membership. If you forgot your password, you have the option to reset it.
New families: Please create a profile on Membership Toolkit so that you can add your information.

GO Team Elections
September 8-20
Between September 8-20, Rivers parents will be selecting two parent representatives who will both serve two-year terms. Personal voting links are needed to cast ballots online. Parents will receive links in two of the following ways: text, email, and/or mail. Candidate information sheets for those running in our election can be found at the GO Team website. Gifted and Talented Referral Window
September 1-30
To request a form to refer your child for gifted program eligibility testing this school year, please click here: https://www.atlantapublicschools.us/Page/21037 for a video orientation to gifted eligibility testing, in addition to the location of the electronic parent referral form. Gifted eligibility testing will take place early in the spring semester this school year.
