Annual dues & quarterly electric/unit tax will be billed on October 1 and due on October 25. Electric meters are read once per year in August. Your kilowatt hours are totaled for the year and you are billed based off of that use. You pay for your adjusted electric use in October and then your total annual kilowatt hours are divided by four and you pay for that use in January, April and July. Since we had a hot summer, it is likely that your October adjustment may seem higher than normal. Your individual site usage is available online in your Member Web Access Portal.
The Park & Garden Store is open Friday & Saturday from 9:30 am-3:30 pm and closes for the season on Sat 9/26. The Rental Office is closed but golf carts, boats, and bikes can still be rented online or by leaving a voicemail 48 hours in advance until the end of September. The Marina is now closed and the Park & Garden Store closes on Sat 9/26 for the season. Water Softener contracts are online and at the store. Softener drop offs go until Thurs 10/15. All softeners will be picked up by Thurs 10/15 as well.
Our 50th Anniversary Celebration will be a fantastic way to publicize your business while enriching our community. We’re offering a variety of sponsorship levels for all budgets. If you are a park resident and want to advertise your business for this special event, you will get a 20% discount on all advertising sponsorship options. We have Headliner and Individual Sponsorships available. Headliner will include exposure for the whole 2021 year, while Individual provides exposure for single, one time events.
As you’re closing up your site for the season, consider donating food for others instead of taking it home with you! Our annual food drive for the Allegan County Food Pantry is underway now through Thurs 10/15. There are blue bins located around the park to donate non-perishale food items at Public Safety and Member Service. Any unopened, sealed, non-perishable food items are accepted and appreciated. The Allegan County Food Pantry Collaborative and sixteen food pantries from throughout Allegan County have joined the ACFPC to seek the opportunity to work together to strive to serve those in need.
