Trust Project in Harrowgate Park

We are working with Mural Arts and the residents of Kensington/Harrowgate on a public art installation co-created with community voices in Harrowgate Park. We’re hosting an online feedback session this Saturday and a socially distant mask distribution event in the coming weeks as part of this initiative. Email us if you live in Kensington or Harrowgate and would like to get involved!

Shout out to Two Minds Press for screen printing beautiful postcards for residents in Harrowgate Park this past Sunday.

Care Tip

Lavender oil, long talks with old friends (friends that knew you before you became you), trips to Wissahickon with an emphasis on using the five senses (feel the ground beneath your feet, smell the dirt, the pond, the creek, listen to the wind, or your shoes in the mud, observe the leaves as chlorophyll leaves revealing carotenoid and anthocyanin), accepting yourself, a bath every once and a while, cooking a meal for yourself, cook a meal for others, make time for people you love, make time for love, forgive yourself. - <3 Michelle Lee Delgado
