TSA Family,
In the midst of this uniquely challenging year, we are grateful for the sense of normalcy and community that TSA youth sports provide to all of us. Our league is proud to provide a safe, fun, and competitive environment for our children. With equal enthusiasm, we are excited to announce the 2020 Tailgate for TSA fundraiser, set for Friday, November 6th at the TSA complex (1600 Bevis Street, 77008). We hope that you will save the date and consider supporting TSA as a sponsoring family and/or auction donor.
Formerly known as Toss for TSA, this annual event is being transformed into an outdoor, socially-distanced tailgate party focused on reconnecting and raising funds for TSA. For one evening, the grown-ups will gather on TSA grounds to enjoy live music, friendly cornhole competition, yard games, Tex-Mex from Tony’s, and revelry aplenty. Funds raised at the event will provide direct financial support to TSA for facility upgrades and league expansion.
In addition to attending the Tailgate for TSA, we offer a variety of ways that your family can contribute, gain recognition, and support our league:
Family Sponsorship: Family sponsorships are available at several price points, as detailed in the tier sheet link below. Business sponsorships are also available. Please contact us to learn more about the business sponsorship option.
Auction Donation: We are seeking gift cards and high-quality goods for the silent auction and exciting getaways and experiences for the live auction.
- Own a local business? Donate a gift card or auction item from your own business.
- Love a local business? Purchase a gift card from your favorite local business (restaurant, retailer, or other) and donate the gift card to our auction. Support local and draw more customers into their door!
- Need more space at home? Clean out your desk/kitchen drawer and donate your unused gift cards or gift certificates.
- Own a vacation home? Donate a getaway for a TSA family to stay between December 2020 and September 2021. Contact us for more information.
Small Group Socials: Get creative with a fun theme and host a unique event for 8-20 attendees. Define your target audience (kids, families, or adults), plan an event (ex: outdoor movie night, crawfish boil, wine tasting), and auction off the spots to your Small Group Social, with proceeds benefiting TSA. Partner with a friend or three and become co-hosts with the most! Contact us for more information.
