AquaReale sent out an email recently asking customers who reached out for spring and not fall shutdowns to schedule their work.
We sold 13 shutdowns that day for $750 each. But more than that, a customer answered the email and asked if we did pond renovations too.
Less than two weeks later, we had a signed contract for a $27,000 new pond. How many emails did it take before he bought? Since spring, when he first reached out to us, at least 28.
Persistence pays off. It's called (as I have mentioned) the long game. That one email would have paid for 5 YEARS of weekly tips and monthly newsletters
