Dear Friend,

It has been a while since we have been in touch. I wanted to reach out and see how your plans for expansion and/or relocation are coming along. As you recall, I travelled to meet with you in 2019 and discussed your company and its future goals. The future delivered a pandemic that disrupted the economy and surprised us all.  Hope your company has fared well. Let us know if your plans still include a potential move or expansion to the mid-Atlantic region. If so, we would very much like to continue our conversations about Advantage Valley and how it might meet your needs.

The impacts of COVID-19 on the global economy have been well documented. The Advantage Valley region has not been immune to these impacts; however, we are blessed to be in an area of natural beauty that is not densely populated, and as a result, has experienced a much lower number of cases than our surrounding states. With our government leaders listening to science, and keenly focused on the health and well-being of our residents, West Virginia’s economic re-entry has been prudent and measured. We believe that this pandemic does not define our community but our response does. To that end, we have launched a new entrepreneurship program which is designed to help create new start ups in high growth potential sectors. We are supporting individuals who are seizing these opportunities and leading the economic resurgence of our region. While supporting startups, responding to the needs of our existing businesses is also foundational to our continued economic growth. Our B2B initiative has identified locally sourced needs of large prime companies and facilitated digital meetings with dozens of small businesses in the region. These meetings are resulting in substantial contracts, new business, and organic growth within our local economy. Given the challenges of our times, the Advantage Valley region has chosen to respond in a manner that reflects the resiliency of our people, businesses, and communities.

Our commitment has always been the same; to deliver whatever companies need to succeed. With its strategic location, low cost of doing business, and concierge type service and unparalleled access to decisionmakers, Advantage Valley, WV just might be the right choice for your company. Let us know if you would welcome a virtual call sometime soon. We would love to connect.

Stay safe and well!

Best regards,
Terrell Ellis, Executive Director
