If you hear of any other / similar events which people would like to hear about please let us know - just reply to this email.

There are still no signs of when or how we might re-start our regular shows or jams at the Rambling House and the Clintonville Woman's Club as of now. As we said last time, the Makoy Center requested a prohibitively large deposit to hold the date for the Fall Harvest Festival this November. We were very blessed to be able to reserve our usual date (Sunday, Nov 22)  at the Valley Dale Ballroom, an historic community treasure of a venue, for a considerably more modest deposit which also allows us to reschedule out a year and more if need be.
Please think about whether you'd be comfortable attending some kind of Fall Harvest event in 7 weeks. Valley Dale has a capacity of 1,000 people, so with a "normal" COHJS crowd of around 100, we'd have lots of social distancing room. We'll try to put together an online survey soon to see if there's enough interest to do it this year.

Thanks for your patience, understanding, and support!

Sure hope we'll see you again sometime soon! As soon as it's safe and reasonable, we'll figure out ways to enjoy our music, dance, and friends together again.

Listen ~ Dance ~ Play, live & local!

Keep safe ... keep in touch with friends ... keep the joy!
