Manitowoc Road – Allouez Ave to Kewaunee Rd (Hwy 29) - Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction
The Village of Bellevue has contracted with Kruczek Construction for the reconstruction of the spot water main and sanitary sewer along Manitowoc Road, between Allouez Ave and Kewaunee Rd. This work is planned to start the week of September 28th and continue through mid-November. The roadway will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the project. Daytime delays are expected. Traffic may be limited to 1-lane with flagging operations during the workday. The intersection of Manitowoc Road with Allouez Ave will remain open with some delays expected. No detour will be posted. Through traffic is advised to use Main St (US 141). At times, residents and business customers within the project limits will need to use the nearest side road to and from their destination, including Klondike Rd, Willow Rd, and Ontario Rd.
