CMS Lifts Restriction on Using Medicare Card in Generic Marketing

In the past, brokers had to get approval to use the sample Medicare Card on generic marketing materials. CMS recently lifted these restrictions, making it possible for brokers to use the sample card without being reviewed by CMS.

As long as you are not using it for misleading purposes (e.g., representing yourself as a government agent/employee), it is okay to display/use the card, and any materials using the Medicare card do not need to be reviewed by CMS.
