What is IDEA Day? It is International Day Experiencing Abstinence (IDEA), celebrated the third weekend in November, encourages OA members worldwide to begin or reaffirm their abstinence from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors.

New Public Information Videos from OA

These videos are a great way to carry the OA message in 8-, 13-, 14-, and 60-second sound bites, and they emphasize to the isolated compulsive eater that they are safe and welcome to become one of many in our Fellowship.

Meeting List Update

Three meetings are now gathering in person:

Tuesday 6 PM Algiers - meeting outdoors

Wednesday Mandeville noon - meeting indoors

Saturday Covington 9 AM - connect with meeting contact person for details

How to send your 7th Tradition to C.O.LA.

The C.O.LA. Treasurer disperses 30% of the 7th Tradition we receive to OA World Service and 10% to OA Region 8, keeping the remaining 60% for our intergroup. We accept financial contributions via Paypal or mail.
