29 September 2020

Hi <<First Name>>, it's Technorama with a final quick reminder, a pointer and a chance for a free pass to CBAA Con!  So firstly:

Join the conversation at Q&A!

In case you missed it, over on our Facebook Q&A group it's become playout systems week.   Regular contributor Richard Walford wonders "what's the best playout tool, and which ones are being used most"  He's set up a survey, and invited you to add to the list if you're using a different tool.  What do your presenters think should be fixed, and what do they really like?  What do they HATE?  The rest of us want to know.

Join the discussion right now.  If you're not already bookmarked, the link is here.  And if you lose the link, you can always get there (or join!) from the Technorama web page.  No spam, no flames, just good info.

Tune in for Stump The Chumps at 1830 tonight: your questions/their riff
Best question gets a free CBAA-Con pass!

September Technorama Tuesday is all about your questions and, for once, a couple of guys on air riffing about something that isn't sport. You still have time to register, and we kick off at 1830.
Ask questions:  curlier the better.  Here's a direct email link if you're quick, or take your luck with the Q&A box when we start Zoom.

Remember... the best question tonight wins an all access pass to the CBAA Conference 2020, being held online this year 28th-31st October.

Join John Maizels, Stephen Wilkinson, Richard Fleming & Cameron Paine tonight!.

About us:  Technorama is the grass-roots volunteer group created to support technologists in Community Broadcasting.  We're here to help stations, to build better tech capability, encourage more people to engage in Broadcast technology, to facilitate training opportunities, get people talking, create the tech community, and do whatever it takes to make all that happen easily.   Technorama interlocks with the CBAA, is supported by the CBF, and provides support back to both organisations.  Technorama Incorporated has ACNC status and welcomes support, donations and bequests.
