Cet essai est principalement proposé aux professionnels de l'accompagnement psycho-éducatif et médico-social. Il approche les mécanismes de régulation de deux systèmes aux analogies communes: le groupe familial et l'équipe institutionnelle. Et plus précisément le contexte de leur première rencontre lors du premier entretien.
Le questionnement sous tendu se révèle axial et déterminant: Comment la compétence des professionnels va-t-elle rejoindre la compétence des familles?

We believe that it is important to share experiences and provide future guidelines to systemic practitioners how to respond to the needs of offering at distance support, therapy, supervision and training across European countries.
