3 tips to practice empathy

The #StandTogether campaign is going strong (read about it here) – and we've been working with the R.AGE team to do more videos!

In this 1-minute video, we cover 3 fundamental principles to keep in mind to practice empathy in our conversations with those around us! Hint: Yes, these are the same principles from The Empathy Box... :)

What we're experimenting with:

Our Introductory Workshop!

October was also a month of experimentation for us! We are in the process of developing an "intro" workshop for those who are interested in learning how to practice empathy in their conversations.

For our first two "beta-test" workshops, we got to test with trainers, counsellors, psychologists, agile coaches, managers and team leaders – all with incredible results :) Our favorite feedback of the day:

"I really enjoyed this workshop, two thumbs up! For me it was an optimal pairing of learning + connecting. We had several opportunities to apply the concepts we were learning in conversation right away, and the conversations we had were enhanced by the concepts we just learned."

Interested in joining our future beta-test workshops? Click the button and send us an email telling us why, and we'll add you to the list :)
