I know what I need to do, I just can't seem to do it. 

This was a major theme last week in the newly formed Working Moms Group.

It resonated so fully that I thought, WE ALL NEED HELP WITH THIS RIGHT NOW.

Next week we are starting a group that is all about amplifying your resilience as you face the chaos that is 2020

If you need structure and motivation to reflect on what's going on with you, how you can better manage, and to get some fresh inspiration to do what works for you (all while gaining new and improved ideas), then we would really love to have you in our group. 

Here are the details: 

Resilience Boosting Support: A Reflection + Discussion Group

This is a 4-week group that meets online to work on skills and perspectives for increasing resilience at this time of collective stress and uncertainty. This group will give you the space and structure for using discussion, reflection, and writing as you add tools to your emotional toolbox.  

Facilitated by Hannah Curtis, LCSW and writer, Lynn Shattuck, this group will meet online weekly from 10-11am on Thursdays, starting October 8, running through October 29th. 

Cost for this pilot program is $99 and it is limited to 8 participants.
