Flexible consistency.
Hi friends!
Is it really October? This year is both the longest and the shortest in history.
When I look around me, I can't help but feel amazed at what people have accomplished. Some of you have grown their businesses, learned new skills, launched something new, or started working in public. Others have simply held on, which is a feat in and of itself. Whether we realise it or not, all of us have gone through a life-altering transition.
Which got me thinking: since chaos seems to be the norm, how can we thrive despite life throwing all sorts of unexpected challenges at us?
My hypothesis: flexible consistency, or the ability to focus on trends on a macro-level rather than setbacks at a micro-level.
We'll also talk about one of my pet peeves, semantic traps. Like when people say something is better because it's “natural” :)
Enjoy the read, and hit reply if you have any questions, feedback, or want to say hello!
p.s. thank you everyone for filling the feedback form last week! I'll analyse the results and share them with you soon.
p.p.s. if you run a team that's working remotely, get in touch to chat about my 1-hour mindful productivity workshop.
