From Jerry Russell
God is the Best Financial Partner
God is doing something amazing in tithe reports that are coming in from churches! In the last two months, Washington Conference saw a significant increase in tithe. Our churches are still not all meeting in a traditional way. Some are only online. Some in person. A year ago, only one-third of tithe was returned online. Now, nearly all tithe is returned online through Adventist Giving
Washington Conference anticipated tithe funding would be significantly down this year. We froze any new hires, cut travel budgets, canceled programs, and made additional budget revisions. Our goal was to continue being good stewards of God's funds through unprecedented times. God has sustained us as He has promised.
As a ministry team, we just want to affirm that God is faithful. He is the Best Partner. Thank you for partnering with God in returning your tithe and giving your offerings!

From Randy Maxwell
I Praise Jesus Because...
Gather the family around for this year's Alter the Altar family worship project from October 1-31! For the entire month of October, let’s zip our lips against negativity and complaining, and open our mouths wide in praise of our great God.
When you gather the family at the altar for worship, each family member will share a praise starting with the words, “I praise Jesus because…” Additionally, all petitions will be presented in the form of a praise to God. Use your imagination and each day you will be adding another “stone” in your Altar of Praise.
Look for daily scripture images on Facebook and Instagram! Feel free to share with your friends!

"Which churches are reopened?"
Washington Conference has TWO answers for you!
1) Browse a list of churches to see who has indoor, outdoor, or virtual worship services.
2) Check weekly plans with your local or neighboring churches. Service plans are typically shared on the church's website, Facebook, or e-newsletter by Thursday or Friday each week.
