Kicking Off "Stories to Action"
We are three months into our year-long national campaign From What Is to What If: Reimagining and Rebuilding Our World, and we are inviting you to participate! All three phases of the campaign are now in action.
In Phase 3: Stories to Action (The Hands) of our campaign, we are inviting community resilience-building initiatives all over the country to share inspiring stories with our national network. We are especially looking for stories of innovative, successful, and replicable projects that have furthered the causes of sustainability, justice, cooperation, and regeneration in neighborhoods, towns, and cities, states, and regions throughout the U.S.
To kick off this final phase, we are hosting a celebratory, inspiring, and interactive launch event, Stories for a Changing World.

This event will feature a presentation and Q&A with author and nonviolence activist Rivera Sun, inspiring examples from "10 Stories of Transition in the US," and time in breakout groups to exchange stories with fellow attendees. We'll conclude with suggestions for the next steps and a special live performance by singer-songwriter, Ian Janco.
