Use Case Implementation
We had our 17th meeting on September 29, 2020. Two use case implementations were demonstrated to the group.
Chris Were (Verida) presented a decentralized personal-health-data solution that is being piloted in Singapore and North America. The system supports multiple test types including COVID-19 (PCR), cholesterol and others. The Verida datastore is available at an open-source GitHub library.
Freddy Zwanzger (Serostatus) presented the SeroStatus solution, which is built in Germany. It supports COVID-19 tests, immunity tests and vaccinations and stores all data in encrypted form only on a user’s phone. One of its identification methods is based on a photo.
For more information about the demos, please visit our meeting page. Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 16:00-17:00 CEST, with two demonstrations confirmed.

Coordination & Communications
We hosted the September CCI all-hands call where we updated the community on our conversation with Linux Foundation Public Health and what would be CCI's near-term priorities. If you didn't make it to the call, you can find the recording, slides and chat history on CCI Internal Homepage.
While we continue to engage with Linux Foundation Public Health, we are also reaching out to and reconnecting with other organizations (e.g., W3C CCG, ID2020, etc.) to explore program and operational synergies.
