Summer is gone and the leaves are turning here ins western New York. The weather is still nice, and I get to walk my little dog around the neighborhood. We did take some time to go Letchworth Park where little Merlin got to explore some new territory. In case you wondered, he’s a tiny poodle with a bad haircut. He has groomer anxiety.
 
 
I have been procrastinating on starting a new project while I read and work on edits for the other members of our little group. I have also been learning cover design, taking online courses with Udemy, using the open source program GIMP. It’s a free Photoshop alternative. Now that I finally have Photoshop, I can’t seem to make time to convert what I’ve learned to this program.
 
I bring this up because I made a cover for the Lanimer project. After I looked at hundreds of gorgeous, shirtless young men, I found just the right guy to represent a twenty-something Lanimer. I’m posting it below so you can tell me what you think.
