Hello – I hope you are continuing to stay safe and healthy! I can't believe September has come to a close already.
I recently had a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder– not fun! (Excruiating pain.)
Apparently my body was finally telling me that it didn't like that I hadn't been exercising much for the last 6 months... (quarantine/isolation/social distancing– well, you know!)
After starting to swim again and two bodywork-specialist appointments - I am on the mend! And good thing too– because I'll be performing in Chicago on October 10th at the outdoor Thirsty Ears Festival.
It'll be a social distance-minded event featuring a walking tour of various sight and sounds. I'll be playing some of my brand new piano compositions with Lilianna Zofia Wośko joining me on cello.
On a music note, did you ever check out Lilianna's cello and drum record? I featured it a while back in one of my older newsletters– I played drums on a couple of the tracks.
There is also "hot of the presses" vinyl for sale– of the album I recorded with Eli McLaughlin.
(All below - thanks for supporting original music!)
We also just had a brand new masked recording-session the other week. (Small baby steps to some normalcy. Short clip below.)
I've also included a couple other recent things below in the "in case you missed it" section.
Thank you for your continued interest and support―
