Employment is always an important topic in the special needs community and recently has received renewed and increased attention. As an already underemployed sector, special needs individuals need our support in the community more than ever.

In the spirit of Disability Employment Awareness Month, together, let's commit to doing an extra act that supports this cause in our communities and keep the momentum going. Increase access and opportunity!
