Dear Friends & Past Guests,
We have turned another page on the calendar and welcomed a new season here in Poland, Maine. Ahh, fall, with its crisp, cool air and brilliant colors. It’s time to dust off your hiking boots, grab a warm sweater, and strike off outdoors to reconnect with nature.
It's funny, the smells associated with autumn. Scented candles, pumpkin spice, the earthy smell of fallen leaves, and something wonderful baking in the oven or bubbling on the stove.
Here at the Wolf Cove Inn, maple syrup often times has a prominent position at the dining table. Drizzled over fluffy pancakes or added to muffins and breads, virtually anything can be enhanced with the flavor of real Maine maple syrup.
In fact, we’re celebrating all things maple during the upcoming Maine Maple Tour. If you’re a fan of this golden nectar, you’ll want to plan to visit us next month for this unique event. Read on for details and book your reservations with us soon.
Best Wishes,
Your Innkeeper, Sue
COVID-19 UPDATE: As of September 23, 2020, all restrictions in Maine have been lifted on visitors from Massachusetts.
