Golf Classic Raises Over $113,000 to Support DKH COVID-19 Response Fund
The 36th Annual Day Kimball Hospital (DKH) Putnam Bank Golf Classic was held at the Connecticut National Golf Club on September 11. Sponsors, golfers and volunteers who participated in or supported this year's event raised more than $113,000, of which the net proceeds will benefit the DKH COVID-19 Response Fund. Putnam Bank, a division of Centerville Bank, partnered with Day Kimball Hospital as the title sponsor for the fourth year in a row, contributing another $25,000 toward Day Kimball Hospital initiatives over the next year. Michael Hanrahan, Public Safety Officer, Named DKH Employee of the Month for September
Michael Hanrahan, public safety officer for Day Kimball Hospital, has been named employee of the month for September by Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH). Hanrahan, who has been in the security field for 25 years, began his career at DKH in 2015.
Prior to joining Day Kimball, he served as a correctional officer for 20 years at the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections. In his role as public safety officer at DKH, Hanrahan is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees of Day Kimball Hospital. Keep reading >
