Dear friends,

I would like to extend my apologies to the regular attendees of our Sunday Morning Tea, who were unable to join the gathering held last Sunday, 20 September.

The issue arose as a result of a consultation with our 8am congregation, which overlapped with the Morning Tea. Because the account which hosts those morning gatherings was engaged in the consultation, it meant those trying to join the social gathering were greeted by a message stating ‘the host has another meeting in progress’. We regret any confusion this may have caused and would like to assure everyone that tried to join that the unanticipated issue lay on our end, not yours.

We have now taken the precaution of adding alternative hosts to all of our regularly scheduled gatherings, so that in the future there will be someone always available to initiate the meeting and to greet those joining.

I very much look forward to joining you all for a cup of tea next Sunday. Stay safe and well, and see you then.

With all good wishes,

Dean Andreas
