COVID-19 Business Economic Impact Survey

A big thank you to all the businesses who took the time to complete our survey on how COVID has impacted your business so far.

The feedback we received can be summarised as:

  • Average fall in revenue of 45%
  • Average reduction in staffing levels of 45%
  • Most businesses focussing on strengthening branding and marketing as immediate operational priorities
  • Local business promotion activities suggested as the preferred way the Town of Cambridge can provide ongoing support to local businesses.

In response to the survey feedback the Town will now focus on further promoting our local businesses to our community. The Town will use the Local Business Directory as a tool for highlighting local businesses so if you are not registered you can do so on our website.

If you have any suggestions on business promotion activities you would like to see please let us know by emailing business@cambridge.wa.gov.au

Congratulations to the five prize winners who were randomly drawn for a mini golf voucher at Wembley Golf course for completing the survey.
