Bring Us Your Tired and Weary Electronics!

eSmart Recycling and FCDI are joining forces at AMRoC Fab Lab to help local kids and families gain access to computers to support their virtual learning needs. Together, we're hosting a recycling drive on September 26th between 10AM and 1PM at AMRoC Fab Lab. Here are the details:

• Drop off time will start on Saturday, Sept. 26th at 10AM - in front and behind (the west parking lot of University Mall) AMRoC.
• Donated equipment can be new or used, working or not.
• Individuals and companies are encouraged to participate in this recycling drive.
• eSmart Recycling will destroy hard drives, scrub personal information, refurbish and reload computers with original Microsoft licenses.

To sweeten the deal, we’ll be giving out prizes like 3D printing vouchers to those who bring in the most number of acceptable electronics, the heaviest collection, and the most unusual. There will be special guests, robotics displays, upcycled art and more.

High School students interested in coding, design, game strategy, media and marketing, mechanics, electronics and all things tech and science are invited to apply to be part of FIRST Robotics Competition team 5276, the Edgar Allan Ohms!
