This paperback edition was originally created as a keepsake for friends and family. I actually planned to wait for my author copies to arrive, and then unpublish it without a word. But after holding it in my hands the other day, I decided to give you all a chance to get your own paperback copy before I send this option to the grave. This offer will end on December 1 at which point, the paperback version will disappear.
