The Stay and Spend Tax Credit is a new tax credit available for the years 2020 and 2021. It may be used against an Income Tax (IT) or Universal Social Charge (USC) liability in a year of assessment.

The second call for the Online Retail Scheme from Enterprise Ireland has gone out. For businesses with more than 10 employees. This is a Competitive Fund which will be administered by Enterprise Ireland on behalf of DBEI with a total fund size of €5.5m. Closing date 28th September @ 3pm. Click below for further information
As part of the Sustaining Enterprise Fund, Enterprise Ireland will also administer a specific Sustaining Enterprise Fund for Small Enterprise of over 10 employees. This fund will provide a €25k to €50k short term working capital injection to eligible smaller companies to support business continuity and strengthen their ability to return to growth and be trading strongly in 3 years time.
ACORNS is a highly successful development initiative for female entrepreneurs living in rural Ireland. The call is now open for women with new businesses or well-developed ideas to join the new cycle of the free programme — ACORNS 6. The initiative will also continue to support participants from previous cycles through further development phases.
The deadline for application for this year’s cycle is 21st September 2020.
