Welcome to your November edition of DATUM, in this edition, we have the ArchiTeam 2020 Awards Finalists, (Winners announced this Wednesday 11 November), our friends at NAM are hosting a number of the finalists, as well as ArchiTeam Director, Fooi Ling Khoo discussing the humble beginnings of ArchiTeam at their NAM#35 this Friday.

We've just released the new and improved Client Architect Agreement to all members and the RAsP Results are in! We do hope that you will be able to join us at the launch of this hotly anticipated research initiative. At the end of the month is our Annual General Meeting Thursday 26 November - please attend as it is a great opportunity to hear about your coop and find out who the two new Directors are.

Carbon Audit Member Offer

Force Majeure ABIC special condition

Thanks to the ACA, Moray and Agnew has developed special conditions for ABIC SW-2018 contracts on their behalf. In their unamended forms, these contracts have no provisions addressing risk for, among other things, pandemics such as Covid-19. The harsh result in the unamended contracts is that the contractor bears the risk for delay caused by the pandemic. Read more...

Updated Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of ArchiTeam Cooperative Limited will be held via ZOOM on Thursday 26 November 2020. At 12 noon. At the 2020 AGM there will be two vacancies to join the ArchiTeam Board of Directors. 

The board request that any questions be submitted prior to the AGM to allow the Board to prepare a considered response. Questions on notice are requested by 4.pm Thursday 18 November 2020 and are to be emailed to CEO@architeam.net.au
