What a great rain! It will definitely help to ensure success in the garden!  You have been planting like mad so we have been very busy bees again, restocking the garden centre. The plants just keep coming & are more and more beautiful!
The thing about the month of October is that anyone can be a great gardener! This is the month when we catch up with you all as you race in for vegetables and bursts of colour. We are confident that we have all you need to set your garden up for spring.

VIBURNUM 'OPULUS STERILE'
'THE SNOWBALL TREE'
 Gorgeous, globular, creamy white "Snowball" flower heads appear throughout spring. Just beautiful in full flower and wonderful when picked in bud. (Great fun for kids to have a spring snowball fight!)

CHATHAM ISLAND FORGET -ME -NOT
With their thick, glossy leaves and spectacular blue flowers, Chatham Island Forget-Me-Nots are one of the most attractive of New Zealand’s herbaceous plants.  In gardens the plant needs shelter from frost and some shade during hot summers. It prefers a well-drained, compost-rich soil.
ENGLISH LAVENDER 
This is one of the best, winter-hardy plants for creating softly structured edging or hedges! The hardy English Lavender varieties also thrive in pots in the sun where other plants dare not be! 
BUXUS 6 PACKS
This traditional evergreen is grown for its small, neat, dense leaf habit and its longevity. Commonly know as Box, it is the primary plant used for low-growing borders, hedging and topiary. It is an absolute must for  formal gardens, anding will add linear emphasis to a formal structural.

 (Convallaria majalis) 
An old-fashioned perennial that thrives in shady gardens. Its enchanting white flowers fill the spring air with a sweet scent, loved by gardeners world- wide! The little arches of nodding white bells are truly enchanting in the woodland border.


 
RASPBERRY 'ASPIRING'
Produces delicious, large dark red raspberries with an excellent flavour. Unlike most raspberries, this variety produces raspberries twice a year, in summer and in autumn. Summer fruit forms on last year's canes and autumn fruit is produced on this year's, new canes.
 
BLUEBERRY PLANTS 
 Blueberries are delicious and extremely high in antioxidants, which is why they are regarded as the ultimate 'Super Food'. These shrubs are easily grown in all parts of N.Z.
Dig in plenty of compost; they like acid soil.

CONVOLVULUS CNEORUM
This versatile, showy plant can be used to create unique drifts of silver and white, cooling those hot dry areas. A great groundcover which is also perfect for containers. The foliage looks great all year round and in summer the white, shallow trumpet flowers put on a real show!
