HYPER LEISURE is a dynamic group exhibition to mark the close of the year. It brings together selected works that explore or are inspired by forms of leisure. Leisure is both a desired and contested life commodity. It has created a business behemoth, transcending the seeking of mere recreation. Ideals of leisure tip from mindless pursuit to extreme action. In HYPER LEISURE video, sculpture, painting, and prints take you from gaming to boxing, bouldering, music and meditation. This exhibition introduces to MOORE CONTEMPORARY the work of Erin Coates and Ian Williams for the first time, joining the work of Dan McCabe and Abdul-Rahman Abdullah.

A major commissioned work, Western Aurora by MARION BORGELT will be installed in the refurbished Hilton Hotel, Perth late October/early November.

MARITA FRASER is currently showing work in the exhibition Asymmetric Variants / Variantes Asimétricas at Fundación MAPFRE Guanartem Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, September 17 to November 27, 2020.

In reciprocal exhibitions the brothers ABDUL-RAHMAN ABDULLAH and ABDUL ABDULLAH will be showing together in YAVUZ Gallery Sydney in November - December in an exhibition entitled Peripheries, and in 2021 they will show new work together in MOORE CONTEMPORARY. 

JACOBUS CAPONE presents a project at STATION GALLERY in Sydney also across late November/December.
