Hope your Indigenous People's Day was a nice break from the norm for you. It's been a few weeks since I've shared, so there have been more hikes, more century rides, a shoulder injury, and bigger bootcamps!
I've been invited back to Lifetime Fitness to teach on their turf every Tuesday. I'm honored and proud to be a part of this "Healthy Way of Life" with plans to emerge even stronger post-Covid. I'm also back in my full-time role as an Exercise Specialist at the Goldman Sachs gym.

WHAT THE HECK ELSE I'M UP TO...
I have been applying my Dave Ramsey baby-steps experience to pay off my well-spent egg-freezing debt and intend to be debt-free by year's end.
I've been reading "Calling in the One," watching "Trying" on Apple TV, and am collecting travel ideas (Colorado, Mexico, etc) to celebrate when I'm debt-free in a few months.
Other than that, I'm dating, dog-momming, building my training and health coaching business - and still dreamin'. ;)
