Join us this week as we continue to stand up for justice. We are really hoping for a big turnout as we push forward with well planned and strategic protests. We are not going anywhere until we get tangible change.
We are always in need of volunteers to assist with our food pantry and our other community service projects. If you have the time and passion to help those most in need in our community, please fill out our volunteer form here.
We're hosting a Facebook Live Q&A session on Friday, October 23, beginning at 7 p.m. During the Q&A, we'll be providing info and answering questions to help all Maryland residents prep for the upcoming election on November 3. You can submit questions in advance via email at vote@cecilsolidarity.org.
Our next Day of Service will be on Saturday, October 24 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will be providing maintenance and care to the Bethel AME Church in Port Deposit. We welcome anyone who can to join us that day to come out and lend a hand!
We will participate in CASA's Trunk or Treat on October 24 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (set up starts at noon) and we will have a trunk at Cecil Drug Free Youth Coalition's Reverse Halloween Parade on October 31 at Elkton High from 10 a.m. to noon. If you're interested in helping with either of these, please email lindsay@cecilsolidarity.org.
Winter weather gear is here. We have hoodies, crewnecks, long sleeve tees, baseball tees, and warm gear for youth sizes too. Also our classic t-shirts are available in new colors. Stock up and stay warm!
