Hello friends,

Wow, what a challenging year 2020 has turned out to be. I don't think any of us could have imagined what this year would hold. I've had more than one writer friend say that if they went to publishers with a book that included the events of 2020 it would never be published - too unbelievable!

Yet here we are. We persist. Challenges and hardships aren't new to us. If anyone has hope to offer to our world today, it's us. We've lived through so much uncertainty and pain due to chronic illness and caregiving that we've become experts. God has comforted us and now it's our turn to offer that same hope and comfort to the world. Maybe we've been placed here for such a time as this!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: God is with us. He cares, He loves us, and He's here to help us through the days ahead. May our hearts turn to Him always.

I can't wait for you to read this issue. It's full of so much deep soul-refreshing encouragement that's so fitting for the times we're living in. In fact, while editing this issue God spoke to my heart so deeply that I cried like a baby. In the pages of this magazine are words of hope, healing, love, and miracles. May God use them to meet with you and draw you close.
