We are "asking" that upon entry to the Store you fill out our "Contact Info Sheet' at the Main and Service door entry points..
This sheet provides your name, phone number, and the date you visited.
In the event we (Privateers) are part of any positive test for Covid we will contact everyone that has filled out the Contact Info Sheet.
Your info WILL NOT be used for any other purpose and we will destroy accumulated sheets every 14 days.
