It's the beauty of being a small business, we can move on a sixpence.
Not like Goliath businesses that have a hundred meetings to decide where to put the coffee machine 🤣

Getting stuck when trying to enter your prescription glasses online!
I DON'T HAVE AN ADD, WHAT DO I DO?
I ONLY HAVE A READING PRESCRIPTION, HOW DO I FILL OUT THE FORM?
I ONLY HAVE A COMPUTER PRESCRIPTION...
Well, the list goes on SO.
I got to work on the solution and I'm pleased to say we have solved not just one, BUT all the issues mentioned by you lovely lot.
YES, I hear you say GENIUS... HOW?
Let me bask in the adulation for a moment, then I will get on with it... Now where is that damn coffee machine 🤣
NEW PRECRIPTION CHOICE MENU
Once you have selected the USE & TYPE of lenses a NEW menu item pops up asking which type of prescription you have written down:
DISTANCE & NEAR - two separate prescriptions are usually written one above the other.
DISTANCE & READING ADD - a distance prescription with a reading ADD
READING ONLY - A single prescription, just for.... you guessed it!
COMPUTER ONLY - same as reading only for the computer silly.
The new drop-down only shows the prescription types necessary for the lens types you select, further reducing confusion. So it may look different to the picture above as you can see it ommits the DISTANCE & NEAR because only NEAR is selected.
When the script type is selected the new menu disappears, leaving only the boxes you need to complete!
AUTO COMPLETE FUNCTION
I also helped by including a function that senses when to add details for you. Saving you time and to make the process even simpler!
For instance, if you don't have a CYL and select NONE, the AXIS automatically now will select NONE auto completing it for you!
I hope these changes really HELP some of you when ordering glasses from us in the future.

DESIGN HAS BEGUN FOR 2021!!
I feel we have made some fantastic changes to the website and gained some momentum over the summer thanks to you, our wonderful customers. I have time now to sit down and design some new exciting styles to release next year!
Some of you will have seen early drawings in our Instagram Stories & Facebook Stories if you'd like to see how they develop that's a good place to browse occasionally.
Once I have samples in hand early next year I will share them with this community first!
It's really exciting to think we have come this FAR in such a short time.
