Please Join us for our annual membership meeting and election of the 2021 executive committee. The meeting will be held via Zoom on October 25, 2020 at noon. Only current members are eligible to vote. One vote per member.
Current members should have received an email ballot already.
If you did not receive a ballot, you may need to renew your membership. If you believe your membership is current, but you did not receive a ballot, please contact membership@townandgownplayers.org
Online voting is open until 9 PM on October 24, 2020. After that time, members that have not already voted may vote in person via paper ballot at the theater from 10 am to noon. Those who are not members may join and vote in person during that time. Those who wish to vote by paper ballot before the 25th, may contact membership@townandgownplayers.org.

The remaining board members are committee chairs
and are appointed by the incoming president.
T&G Membership Renewal
Membership with the Players is $20.00 and is valid for a year, gets you a comp ticket for any show you work on, the lowest ticketed price to any performance, and a say in how the theater is run. Only members can direct and act in shows, and only members can elect the Board of Directors who do the day-to-day operation of the theater and change the bylaws that govern it.
