Computer, Copier, and Fax Appointments now available!

Weekdays @ 10am & 2pm: Appointments are 45 minutes each
If you are sick, have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or are subject to travel quarantine, please wait until you are clear before calling to schedule.


Here's how it works:
CALL US: Call 413-662-3133 up to 3 days ahead of the time you want to come in. (You can also call day-of to see if there is a slot available.)

SHOW UP: Come to the driveway-side door at the time of your appointment. Doors will still be locked - we will meet you at the scheduled time to let you in.

WEAR A MASK! Masks must be worn over nose and mouth inside the building. If you cannot for medical reasons, talk to us - for faxing and copying, we can make accommodations.

SANITIZE: We will have sanitizer available - please apply it before using our equipment. Library staff will sanitize workstations in between uses.

SELF-SERVE: All equipment is self-serve. We will post instructions, and while staff can answer questions, we can not sit down with you and work closely together. If you have someone who can assist you, and want to bring them along, tell us when you call for your appointment.

DISTANCE: Two people may be scheduled per time slot. Please observe distancing protocols.
