UPDATE: Land Owner Transparency Registry

Customers are reminded that, beginning November 30, 2020, the Land Owner Transparency Act (LOTA) requires a transparency declaration is filed by each transferee when an application is made to register an interest in land. A transferee that is a reporting body must also complete and file a transparency report. Customers should also refer to the Administrator's Requirements for Filing and Applications for LOTA which is now available for download from landtransparency.ca

Retirement of PDF Forms for Land Title Applications

The Director of Land Titles will begin to retire PDF versions of land title forms as of December 13, 2020. All forms are currently available in Web Filing.
