وصلتنا عدة رسائل تقترح أن يلغى إجتماع الجمعية العمومية المعلن ليوم 17 أكتوبر 2020 على منصة زووم
يتضمن الإقتراح أن يستمر أعضاء المكتب الحالي كلجنة تسيير وإضافة متطوعين عند الحوجة حتى تسمح الظروف الصحية للعودة لحضور الإجتماعات في القاعات
عليه نرجو منكم الرد على هذه الرسالة بالموافقة أو بغيرها على هذا الإقتراح في موعد أقصاه الساعة 5 مساء يوم الخميس 15 أكتوبر 2020.
Dear community and SCAO members,
SCAO office has received several communications asking to postpone the planned Zoom AGM, in particular the elections of new board of directors, to a future time when meeting in person is permitted.
Until that time, the current board members will continue managing the association and will ask for more volunteers as needed.
We need to hear your opinion, do you want or agree to cancelling AGM on Zoom?
We must receive your reply no later than 5 pm Thursday, 15 October 2020.

يدعوكم مكتب الجالية لحضور إجتماع الجمعية العمومية لرابطة السودانيين الكنديين بأوتاوا يوم السبت الموافق 17 أكتوبر 2020 في تمام الساعة 7 مساء عبر برنامج زووم نرجو من الأعضاء دفع الإشتراكات لعام 2020 قبل الإجتماع لممارسة أحقية الإنتخاب والتصويت للدورة الجديدة 2020-2022
الإشتراكات السنوية 100$ للأسرة و50$ للأفراد. يمكنكم دفع الإشتراكات والتبرعات بالتحويل البنكي على إيميل الجالية

The Assembly General meeting will be held on Saturday October 17th, 2020 at 7pm via Zoom.
We kindly request members to pay their membership fees before the meeting to be eligible to elect and vote for the new office 2020 -2022. The membership fees are $100 per family and $50 per single adult. Please E-transfer your fees to
