CLOK AGM, this Thursday 7pm
A reminder that the CLOK AGM takes place this Thursday. All CLOK members should have received a separately email about this. It will be held via Zoom meeting. The link is here, or dial 0203 901 7895 and input the meeting ID 844 8150 6660 and passcode 107681. The agenda and all the officials' reports can be found on the website here, as well as a proxy voting form if you are unable to attend (we need to be quorate, so proxy votes are appreciated).

Upcoming CLOK events
Unfortunately we've had to cancel the Coatham event this coming weekend. In the end there were just too many factors against holding it this month. See the event page here for some of the reasons. We look forward to enjoying Al’s courses in better times.
Meanwhile we have now published the Birkbow flyer and opened the Entry system (see upcoming events below). The land is owned privately, so we believe we’ll have more success in holding this event. Look forward to running your courses on a newly updated map from Dennis!
