HNA at LWRC
A reminder that HNA has returned to LWRC, Fremont boathouse, for practice.
 3-6:15 PM, Monday-Friday

You will find them working out in many places; the boat bays, outdoor apron, and gym. They will also be rowing singles out of the boathouse and the caged area.

FAQ's for Members during HNA timeslot:
  • LWRC Members are restricted from using the gym when HNA is present.
  • Men's Locker Room is open.
  • You can row a boat. Please communicate your intentions to the team for access and yield to HNA on the dock.
  • The Lounge is open for you to stretch out or hang out.
  • When HNA is on vacation, you can access the entire facility. We will post dates.
Oars, Ergs, Races
  • We have two sets of brand new Bantam Oars for sale.  Cost is $403.70 after tax and shipping.  Contact the Office to purchase and we'll get them to you pronto.
  • All but 3 of our club ergs are in the North and South Boat Bays. You may erg in the bays or roll one outside. When inside stay 17' apart from others working out.  The 17' spacing is marked by green tape. Please don't interfere with rowers access to boats.
  • If you want to race, the I Love Sushi Race Series usually occurs on Sunday mornings and runs 6.3K from South Lake Union out to Fox Point. #7 is next. Contact Peter Hirtle from the Pocock Rowing Center, to register and get on his mailing list. Reserve a club boat via Captain Megan. It won't count toward your boat reservations for the week.
