First and foremost, we'd like to thank everyone in our supply chain, and all of our customers too, for making 2020 another great year for bikes, in the face of a devastating global pandemic that has crippled many industries, and made life out of the saddle increasingly difficult and dangerous. With all of the delays and shortages, it's amazing that we've been able to get bikes shipped out to all of you that ordered.
Due to the popularity of our latest releases and our limited production runs, our most recent shipments of Aluminum MiddleChild and Wildcat v2 bikes have almost completely sold out, save for a few frames in limited sizes. The last of our stock of titanium Mayor fat bikes shipped last week, and due to insanely long lead-times for production, we have opted to skip the coming season's production run of these beauties, but they will be back!

Upcoming Fall/Winter Delivery Schedules

|
New Mayor v5 fat bikes are set to arrive late November, and orders will ship out immediately, just in time for the cold and snowy season here in the Northern Hemisphere anyway. We'll for sure be doing our part to socialize outside as much as possible all year 'round, so if you haven't already, consider an all-season fat bike for your safe socially-distant pursuits this winter.

The next batch of our best-seller MiddleChild Steel frames will also arrive in mid-November, while complete bikes will be available by late December - if there are any frames left to build!

|
Spring 2021 will see the delivery of another shipment of Steel MiddleChild bikes, scheduled for c. March 15. We are especially stoked for the second delivery of Spring '21, which will include the new Sergeant v4, Titanium MiddleChild, and new Aluminum MiddleChild v2. They are scheduled to arrive April 30, and will be flying out the back door by the first of May.

Prototype Into Production

|
May 31st, or thereabouts, will be a big day here at RSD, as we look to take delivery of a shipment of our newest bike. We have already teased out photos and some details about RS-291, a long, slack dedicated 29"- wheeled hardtail that's already become the new favourite bike at our modest HQ. The first prototype is up and running, and we had some fun with the distressed-look paint job on this one, which was inspired by our favourite fighters from a space battle drama set in a far-off galaxy that we all know and love. Good chance it will be a special limited-run colour option and build.

Safety First, Second and Third

We couldn't be more stoked about our most successful year yet. While some of that enthusiasm has been tempered by the grim outlook for many vulnerable people in our communities, we are happy to have helped so many people by sharing the bike love and delivering so much radness to you in these trying times. As always, please remember to be safe when you ride, especially now when healthcare workers and systems are over-burdened due to the Corona virus pandemic. We sincerely hope that you and your crew, and your loved ones too, stay healthy and safe through the rest of this most challenging year. Keep your heads up, and the rubber side down 🤘
