Charity Tai Chi, Qigong & Meditation

The qigong exercises that are planned for this 6 lesson series are (almost) all to enhance your resistance to coughs, colds and flu's. Especially the big one that stopped the world.

This is vital if, like me, you are around 60 years old or older, or have had health challenges with your lungs and breathing.

Your €36 will go straight to the charities below.

These live public charity qigong lessons start tomorrow at 7 pm on zoom.
 
They will continue weekly until 17 November.

I will record the lessons, so if you miss one, you can still practise.
