• Redaptive, an Efficiency-as-a-Service tool for commercial and industrial customers, secured $150m in funding. The  round was led by CarVal Investors LP.
• Yummy Corporation, the Indonesia cloud kitchen management company, has raised $12m in Series B funding, led by SoftBank Ventures Asia. 
• Co-living startup Common has raised $50m in new funding. The Series D was led by Kinnevik.
• ShipBob raised $68m in Series D funding from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 to expand its global ecommerce fulfillment solution.
• Uber Technologies Inc.’s Uber Freight unit has raised $500m at a $3.3bn valuation from Greenbriar Equity Group.
• Home rental company Airbnb Inc is aiming to raise around $3 billion in its upcoming initial public offering (IPO).
• Propy, a blockchain-verified platform for selling houses, raised funding from Tim Draper best known for his early investments into Tesla, Skype, Twitter, Coindesk and Robinhood.
