Upcoming Club Team Competition

Expression of interest by 14 October

Fencing WA will be hosting team club competitions over the weekend of 7th and 8th November (the same weekend as the State Open Finals). Each club can enter multiple teams for each weapon, and teams will be mixed.

We need to let FWA know how many teams we want to enter by this Thursday 15 October. So please let us know (in person or by return email) by this Wednesday 14/10 if you are interested in joining in - and for which weapon or weapons.

Not familiar with fencing team competitions? Each team has 3 fencers, with or without a reserve 4th fencer. Each fencer competes against all three fencers in the opposite team, with a running total. The first team to 45 wins, and teams compete against each other using direct elimination.

Let us know if you have any questions!
