Community CVS are offering free and friendly (not to mention COVID-19 compliant) help sessions to improve your digital skills.

► Congratulations to Mohammad Tayyab Sidat, awarded a much-deserved MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours for his exemplary contribution to the work of our sector, and to  Council Leader Mohammed Khan, who has been awarded a CBE for his fine work over many years.
Active Lancashire and UCLan have joined forces to develop Business Health Matters, a programme which will upskill gym and leisure centre employees, so they are qualified to conduct health screenings within workplaces. Please contact Amy Thompson if you'd like to get more information.

Inspire BwD have a wide variety of training opportunities coming up.
Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care System are looking for young people aged between 13 and 19 and parents who would like to become Digital Champions. Sounds like you? Contact Becky Taylor-Rossall or Chantelle Bennett for more details.
► Do you run or do you know of any LGBT groups still operating in Lancashire during lockdown? If so, Danielle Hopkins would love to hear from you.
► The LSCft's latest update, which contains a tribute to Dr. Saman Sacharvi and her young daughter Vian, who were so callously murdered at the beginning of this month, is yours to download.
► The NSPCC are currently developing a Childline Chatbot and are keen to hear your input. Please e-mail Lucy Read if you'd like to get involved.
Renaissance - whose latest newsletter can be found here - are looking for a Sexual Health Outreach Worker to work across Lancashire over ten hours per week.

IT skills project from home

We are committed to ensuring that people have access to IT skills during the COVID-19 lockdown.
To this end, our Future Digital Inclusion and Make It Click projects, which provide those who need that little bit of extra help to get the skills they need to make use of online resources, are here to help.

Grants for equine welfare and rescue organisations which have experienced financial and operational challenges as a result of the coronavirus/COVID-19 crisis.

Road Safety Trust - closes Wednesday 21st October
Grants to public and professional UK-based organisations for activities that will reduce the risk of death and injury for all road users.
