The start of this school year has been like no other in history. In the past six months, many have lost loved ones and many have lost jobs. The one thing that hasn’t changed are the needs for the students and teachers in our community.
Our schools, Pre-K through 12th grade, need our support now more than ever. With state budget cuts looming, our students are in danger of losing the support they deserve in staffing, materials, resources, and basic needs. One of our goals as a PTO community is to raise money and distribute it to purposeful areas of education.

We call our first fundraiser of the year “The Direct Appeal.”
This means that the PTO directly asks every family and staff member to donate to the PTO bank. Please consider clicking the link below and entering ANY amount to help our children!

Last spring, the PTO provided $15,000 in remote learning tools, including MiFi devices for families in need of high-speed WiFi access and Scholastic books and learning packets for elementary students without technological access.
$2,200 was provided for professional photography at PHS, to ensure that the seniors had graduation photos taken and could each receive a keepsake photo of their special day.
An additional $7,612 was contributed this fall for WiFi access, as part of the Technology Equity Community Coalition fundraiser.
