Duke Conversations is collaborating with the Center for Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) for a two-part virtual conversation series facilitated by Dr. Jayne Ifekwunigwe and Dr. David Malone. Held on October 15th and October 22nd, join fellow Duke students in conversation about the persistent structures and impacts of racism, and Duke’s position as a catalyst for change. Engaging with Islam and Muslims in Today's America
Abdullah Antepli, Duke University's first Muslim chaplain, previously worked on a variety of faith-based humanitarian and relief projects in Myanmar (Burma) and Malaysia with the Association of Social and Economic Solidarity with Pacific Countries. He is also the founder and executive board member of the Association of College Muslim Chaplains (ACMC) and a board member of the Association for College and University Religious Affairs (ACURA). Come to his Duke Conversation on engagin with Islam and Muslims in today's America.
